I hope you have many adventures planned for this summer. One of my adventures this summer will be the Slow Yarn Crawl PNW. Yarn shops from Bellingham to Port Angeles, Spokane, and Eugene.
Each yarn shop has its own vibe. Something unique because of its owner and/or clientele. I love being introduced to new colors, fibers, and projects that excite me to start something new or to go back to an old love in a different way. Add a yummy food spot nearby. Soak in our gorgeous landscape there and back. Maybe bring a sweet friend along to share it all. There’s my adventure.
What makes you smile? If your budget or your energy are on the lower side than travelling Europe this summer, check out our beautiful NW options. We have cooking classes, knitting and sewing clubs, open mics, art classes, and more. (I put a few ideas below.)
If you’d like to maybe run into me this summer, jump into the Slow Yarn Crawl PNW. Get your passport at SlowCrawl.com. You can visit one or two a day or do a blitz to knock them out quickly. No prizes for speed: it is a crawl, after all! But there are prizes and drawings along the way. Start visiting shops and collecting passport stickers; it’s great fun, you’ll meet lovely, fun yarn lovers, and you’ll have some adventures along the way. I started already at my local Great Yarns and am “crawling” out from there.
Have a beautiful summer. If your summer includes needing help with your home or real estate investments, Sarah and I are still around (in between yarn crawl shops!). Call me at 425-422-7372 or email me at sandy@sandyandcompany.com today so we can best help you with your home needs.
